Why are you posting Junk Pricing 101
We depend on our customers, and we want our customers to feel they can depend on us. By offering upfront and honest pricing. We don't want to be sold on a service, we like to be told about a service that is offered. It is a simple old-school motto, treat people like you like to be treated.
Junk Removal is a Service
Like any other service, you pay for you should demand prompt, polite, and safe-minded professionals to provide the service you pay for at a reasonable & fair price. Bottled water or a tip to the technician is always appreciated for a job well done, but never expected.
If I help will that lower the cost
Customer help does not affect the quoted cost but can cost a lot more in the long run for the customer if the customer gets hurt helping. The big plus of hiring a junk removal service is you don't have to help. The only help we ask for is for you to point at what needs to be removed.
Will stairs affect my price
The short answer is yes any stairs have an effect on pricing that is one of the big pluses of the on-site estimate we can tell if there are stairs and price accordingly instead of getting price shock from a picture estimate.
How do you determine my quote.
Junk Removal pricing has many variables. Our on-site removal technicians use their experience. Junk removal pricing is basically volume and or weight(in our hauling equipment)+labor(the time it will take to load equipment)
Do I need to remove all Junk at once
NO, once we give you a quote you can work with-in your budget to remove all or part of the junk.
Do you offer Discounts
Yes, we do, you can download & print our coupons that can even be combined. Just give them to the removal technician with an ID that is needed for the discount before the estimate. We also have a NO Contact opinion that is pre-pay
If you recycle my Junk do I get a discount
No, the junk still takes up volume in our equipment we recycle because it helps reduce landfill volume and that keeps landfill dumping fees low which helps keep our cost low and helps the environment at the same time.
Can you donate my Junk for a discount
No, it still takes up volume in our equipment, we are lucky that donations are still being taken in our area. We donate to many different organizations it depends on the item. Donating items acutely cost us more money than just taking them to the landfill, we need to separate, clean, & deliver.
How can I save money on my Junk Removal
Junk Removal is labor-intensive anything you can do before the technician arrives saves the technician time on the job site and saves you money. Bringing items outside for pickup, bring items to the main floor so there will be no stairs, draining Hottub or above ground pools of water, and disconnecting the electricity. Boxing or bagging trash, junk, yard waste also helps
Why does my bag of old title cost more it is still in a bag
Construction debris is charged more because of the weight.
Your on-site quote is higher/lower than my phone, text, email estimate
That does happen sometimes due to no fault to anyone your final on-site quote once agreed on is the price you pay with no hidden fees. A removal technician will evaluate the job site. For volume and or weight + labor needed to load the hauling equipment that is why on-site estimates are the best and most accurate. The picture may not have shown that fence with no opening to the front yard, the picture might not have shown 2 flights of stairs, you may have told us items were upstairs and you wanted to save money by moving them and the one we see often the hot tub is full of water we have to drain.
