General Dumpster Rental Terms

By renting a dumpster from 7-Hills Haul-Away & Junk Removal, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions to ensure safe and efficient waste disposal.

Rental Period

Standard dumpster rental periods vary based on the selected service. Additional rental days are available for an extra fee.
Customers must schedule pickup before the rental period expires to avoid additional charges.

Placement & Access

The customer must provide a clear, accessible location for dumpster delivery and pickup.
Driveways, streets, and private property placement must comply with local regulations and HOA rules.
7-Hills Haul-Away is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces caused by placing or removing the dumpster.

Weight Limits & Overages

Each dumpster rental includes a maximum weight limit based on the selected size.
Exceeding the weight limit will result in additional fees per ton over the allowed weight.
If the dumpster is overloaded, the customer must remove excess waste before pickup.

Prohibited Items

For safety and environmental reasons, certain items cannot be placed in our dumpsters. The following materials are strictly prohibited:

Hazardous Waste

Paints, stains, and solvents
Gasoline, motor oil, and antifreeze
Batteries and electronics containing hazardous components
Asbestos and contaminated materials

Restricted Construction Debris

Dirt, concrete, and bricks (unless using a specific dumpster for heavy debris)
Plaster, drywall, or materials with lead paint
Roofing shingles exceeding the dumpster’s weight capacity

Flammable or Explosive Items

Propane tanks and gas cylinders
Fireworks, ammunition, and explosives
Aerosols or pressurized containers

Household Waste Restrictions

Large amounts of food waste (commercial disposal required)
Tires (subject to additional disposal fees)
Medical or biohazard waste

If you are unsure whether an item is allowed, please contact us before placing it in the dumpster to avoid fines or removal refusals.

Dumpster Loading Guidelines

To ensure a safe and efficient pickup, follow these loading instructions:

Do Not Overfill – The waste level must not exceed the top edge of the dumpster.
Distribute Weight Evenly – Place heavier items at the bottom to prevent tipping or shifting.

Keep the Area Clear – Avoid blocking dumpster access for scheduled pickup.
Follow Local Disposal Laws – Ensure compliance with municipal waste regulations.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in extra charges, delays, or refusal of service.

Additional Fees & Charges

To keep pricing fair and transparent, additional charges may apply in the following circumstances:

Overweight Fees

Dumpsters exceeding the included weight limit will incur a charge per extra ton.

Extra Rental Days

If you require the dumpster for longer than the standard rental period, daily extension rates apply.

Trip Fees

If our team arrives for pickup but the dumpster is overloaded, inaccessible, or contains prohibited items, a failed pickup fee may apply.

Damage or Misuse

Customers are responsible for damage to dumpsters caused by fire, graffiti, or improper use.

How much weight can I put in the dumpster?
